Notes disappeared?

JotShelf is designed for temporary notes. Some notes may expire based on their lifecycle timer.

Can’t add to Reminders?

Make sure Reminders access is enabled for JotShelf in Settings.

Link previews or site icons not loading?

Some websites limit metadata or favicon access. Try reopening the note or reloading the app.

App feels out of sync?

Close and reopen the app to refresh saved notes and timers.
